Still have no camera. I have to shoot with a little 6mp "point & shoot" camera.
Why I don't have a DSLR? ...it's a fairly odd story. Nonetheless, I can't wait to get a new camera. I'm just very indecisive at the moment.
Canon. I want a full frame, of course, but I do not want to fork up three and a half grand for the 5DMkII + a lens. So there's the original 5D. But with all the new improvements in today's cameras, let alone the cameras soon to come, I'd hate to be stuck with an old model.
So, APS-C sensor it is. I want the Canon 60D. It's either going to be released this Autumn or really really early next year (depending if Canon continues their 12 month "new model release") A release this fall would be a great idea because the 50D was a poor upgrade from the 40D.
The 60D is "expected" to have: * 15.1mp (upgraded sensor) * DIGIC V processor * New 13 Point AF * 1080p HD Movie Mode * 8fps * 3″ Articulating LCD Screen (flip screen) * New Battery * Weathersealing * Ergonomic Upgrades * 1x Compact Flash and 1x Secure Digital Slots
Ah, I guess I'll just have to wait and see how it plays out. I might just get a temporary Canon DSLR in the meantime, then I can start building my system again!!!
I've got a point and shoot as well, actually that's all I've ever worked with. I'd love to be able to afford a nice canon some day, though But this photo shows that it's not the camera, it's who's behind it. <3
I'd like to show you some awesome nature related work from more or less unknown artists which deserve more attention - this is a must see, you won't regret it!!!
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
I'm a lover of visual impacts. I like brilliant colors and shapes. And I decided to collect a whole stack of deviations that reflect that taste. These pieces showcased below deserve every bit of publicity you can give them. x)P
